Unsuccessful at campus placements?
It might happen with a lot of you that you don’t get placed via campus placements.
It’s not a sure shot and everyone is not always in luck.
It’s not important what went behind.
The future is, and that’s why here is what you can do:
1) Off-campus placements:
– Safest option to consider.
– It’s the same companies and size as campus placements.
– These are just a little more difficult to crack.
2) Internships:
– Short-term similar corporate exposure.
– Do this for the profile that you like.
3) Linkedin:
– If you already use LinkedIn, then make sure that you optimize your profile so that recruiters can notice you.
– You can also ask for referrals from various people on LinkedIn.
4) Entrepreneurship:
– You can either run a small business or a full-time startup.
– Don’t be afraid of the risk.
5) Certificate courses:
– If there is a gap between your next job and college, then make sure you utilize that time in doing some courses.
6) Further studies:
– You should start planning your career in advance.
– Prepare for higher studies.
Hope this helps all students!
